Nearly every JetScan failure traces back to the same short list of worn transport parts. If any of this describes your machine, our service bundle is almost certainly what it needs.
Your display keeps throwing CHAIN, DOUBLE or CHECK NOTE and you have to restart the count over and over.
The machine jams every few straps, and worn rollers crinkle, rip or tear the bills as they feed through.
Good bills keep flagging as counterfeit. Dirty sensors and drifting calibration are the usual culprits — both are covered here.
Metal-on-metal grinding or a high-pitch squeal almost always means failed bearings and a worn center drive tire.
It still runs, but it hasn't been opened up in years. Get it handled in your slow season instead of losing it during your busy one.
UV-faded housing and rubbed-off button legends you can't read anymore. Our full rebuild replaces the panel and button kit outright.
Both options include a full teardown, deep cleaning, replacement of every worn transport part and complete testing and recalibration to Cummins factory specification — covered by a 120-day parts and labor warranty.
Makes your machine run like new. Same mechanical rebuild, original cosmetics.
Labor to install up to 19 service parts. You pay only for the parts that actually need replacing.

No surprise invoices. If we open your machine and find a major component failing — drive motor, read head, IR or mag sensor, power supply — we stop and call you first. In our experience, fewer than 1 in 20 machines need anything beyond the standard part bundle and recalibration.
We work on Cummins Allison JetScan and JetCount currency counters exclusively — that's the entire business, and it's why we can turn machines around this fast.
These models are covered directly by the Complete Service and Complete Rebuild bundles above.
We service these too — pricing varies by model, so give us a call with your model number handy and we'll quote you on the spot.
We sell fully reconditioned JetScan counters that go through this exact rebuild before they ship, with a warranty on every machine. Single-pocket, two-pocket, and the Made-in-USA top hopper bill guide.
Call 833-JETSCAN or send the form below with your model number and symptoms. We'll confirm the right service and what to expect.
We send you detailed instructions for preparing and packing the machine. Local to Oklahoma? Drop off and pick up at no extra charge.
Complete teardown, cleaning, new transport parts, then full testing and recalibration to Cummins factory specification.
Professionally packed and shipped back within 7 business days of receipt, invoiced with return shipping at our contract rate.
Pack it properly — we'll tell you exactly how. Most shipping damage comes from skipped void fill. Follow the instructions we send and your machine arrives safe. On the way back, we pack it professionally and guarantee it arrives in one piece.
We've been eBay's #1 seller of fully reconditioned Cummins Allison money counters for 12 straight years. Here's what buyers say.
“Packaged very well. Unit powered up and worked as expected. Description was spot on — I plan to buy more from Justin and OC Counters. A++++ seller.”
“Great communication, fast shipping, item as described! A+++++”
“Awesome seller. Item exceeded my expectations. Thanks!”
The Complete Service & Repair starts at $250 and the Complete Rebuild starts at $450. Both prices cover the labor to install the full service-part bundle; you pay separately only for the parts that actually need replacing on your machine, plus return shipping at our negotiated contract rate.
We complete the service and ship your machine back within 7 business days of receiving it. Total door-to-door time is your shipping time to us, plus those 7 business days, plus return shipping — weekends and holidays excluded.
The Complete Service replaces the 19 mechanical transport parts and recalibrates the machine. It will run like new, but it will look the same as before — just cleaner.
The Complete Rebuild does all of that and adds a reconditioned control panel, a new button kit, polished and re-surfaced metal rollers, and reconditioning or repainting of every body part. Your machine looks and runs like new — it's the same process our retail reconditioned units go through.
Yes. Both services carry a 120-day warranty covering parts and labor.
The service bundles are built for single-pocket JetScan and JetCount models: 4020, 4021, 4022, 4062, 4062ES, 4065, 4065ES, 4068 and 4068ES.
We also service the two-pocket and iFX machines — 4096, 4096ES, 4098, 4098ES, 4099, iFX i100, iFX i200 and iFX i400. Pricing on those varies, so call 833-JETSCAN with your model number and we'll quote it.
Either. Our service center is in Oklahoma, and drop-off and pick-up cost nothing extra — though machines picked up in person are not packed inside a shipping box.
If you're shipping, we'll send you detailed instructions for preparing and packing the machine. Please follow them closely: we can't be responsible for damage caused by poor packaging or missing void fill on the way to us. On the return trip we pack it professionally and guarantee it arrives safely.
We stop and call you before doing any work. If a major component is failing — main or stacker drive motor, upper or lower read head, IR sensor, mag sensor or power supply — we'll walk you through the options and the cost of replacing it.
You can approve the additional part and have us finish the rebuild, or decline and have the machine shipped back after paying 50% of the service cost for the diagnostic work plus return shipping. In practice, fewer than 1 in 20 machines need anything beyond the standard part bundle and recalibration.
Usually, yes — but expect that something beyond the standard bundle is involved. It can be as minor as a $22 on/off switch or a sensor, or as serious as a motherboard failure. Call us with the model number and what the display shows and we'll tell you what we're likely looking at.
This service isn't intended for machines that have been severely neglected or abused — stored outside in extreme heat or cold, left in the weather, or exposed to or submerged in water. We can often still help with a machine in that condition, so contact us before shipping if you're unsure.
Cummins Allison machines are exceptionally well built, and a rebuild costs a fraction of a new unit. We've serviced or rebuilt more than 12,000 Cummins currency counters since 2009 — the overwhelming majority come back to full working order on the standard part bundle alone.
Call with your model number and what the machine is doing, and we'll tell you exactly which service it needs — usually in one short conversation.
